Ramson being a Law graduate held numerous positions with leading Law firms. He subsequently embarked on a career in technology sales, very quickly becoming a leading SDR at a multi-channel order management e-commerce software specialist. He was then asked to lead the Business Development initiative for a PLM provider where he was responsible for generating leads that led to solid multi million pound deals into some of the world’s leading fast-fashion retailers. Ramson has extensive experience in managing and building relationships with senior leadership clientbases and has been brought in to drive our mid-market recruitment focus.
Given his success with Business Development, Ramson brings the ability to understand both sides of the table: the business and the candidate. We believe this unique combination allows for the perfect fit when it comes to candidate identification and ensures that we are presenting our clients with qualified candidates and serve our clients with time-saving recruitment programs.
