Andy has managed a number of international businesses and teams, both in his executive leadership roles during a distinguished 19-year career within Hewlett Packard, and since in a mixture of quoted and private enterprises. Over the last decade alone, Andy has managed businesses ranging from 10 employees to thousands, and with turnovers from £1.5 million to £1.5 billion. He has a reputation as a talented change manager and organisational designer and has led several breakthrough projects leading to the repositioning of entire businesses – and resulting in significant improvements in their growth and profitability.
Having gained comprehensive experience in business leadership and management up to and including at board level in organisations around the world, Andy is now passionate about sharing his learning’s with the business leaders of the future. He has gained an excellent reputation as an executive coach & mentor and applies his energies both in the commercial market along with activities in the charity and social enterprise context.
